Our Executive Team
Alise Jackson
As a 25-year veteran of corporate accounting and finance, Alise's attention to detail empowers her to solve the most complex financial challenges. Her uncanny ability to see the details without losing sight of the bigger picture enables her to work with any size organization to discover pain points and develop detailed solutions to surpass the organization's expectations. With a sharp skill set in financial accounting, Alise can unravel most organizations' books and put systems in place that lead to success.

Alise is also an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC®) and Professional Financial Coach who provides coaching and accountability services in the areas of budgeting, debt payoff, saving, and building wealth. She offers customized seminars and workshops for employers to provide as part of their Employee Wellness Programs.

Alise's career is backed by a bachelor's degree in Accounting, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
Eric Landblom
A retired United States Marine Corps officer and pilot, Eric has first-hand experience with leadership challenges from the chaotic environment of the battlefield to the international executive arena, where he led organizations in their most critical missions. His unique ability to make his leadership humanistic inspires those on his teams to find the balance between initiating the project and perfecting the plan.
Developing leadership and management solutions was a by-product of Eric reflecting on his career of trials, errors, and successes. With over 25 years of leadership experience as a Marine and a community member, Eric examines the challenges managers face in this modern world and works with organizations to customize seminars and workshops to create a culture of excellence.

Eric holds an Executive MBA from the University of Georgia and is an executive board member for his local Rotary Club.
